• Do not use cleaning products of doubtful/unknown origin and/or that contain Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) in their formula. Anti-slip tiles are not cleaned only with a damp cloth and household products, removers, etc. It is necessary to use adequate products hat are compatible with the type of dirt to be removed. Non-impermeabilizing in recommended places could cause sundry stains that are difficult to remove.
• If the correct tile setting recommendations are not followed, damp stains (more visible on non-enameled and light-colored tiles) could appear
• Never use mortar or tile adhesive on the concrete sub-floor. We recommend the use of cement and sand mortar with a minimum thickness of around 30 mm.
