CERTIFICATIONS

The Gail Quality Management System is a reference in the ceramic line. We were the first company in the world from the market of extruded coverings to obtain ISO 9001:1994 certification, and the first company from the line of ceramic coverings to achieve the ISO 9001:2000 upgrade. We have a solid system in place since May 1997, having undergone various growth and improvement processes over these years, always geared towards satisfying customers and surpassing expectations. Customers demand products with properties that fulfill their needs and expectations. To guarantee customer satisfaction, the characteristics of Gail products are continuously monitored according to international standard NBR 13818/1997. ISO 13006 certification serves as evidence of the fulfillment of requirements of the international standard. The certifying entity Centro Cerâmico do Brasil evaluates the company's products on a semi-annual basis at a laboratory accredited by INMETRO.
