CERTIFICATIONS/ ISO 13006

Customers demand products with features that fulfill their needs and meet up to their expectations.

To guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, the features of Gail’s products are monitored continuously pursuant to international standard NBR 13818/1997, which contains the requirements of customers of ceramic tiles for covering.

These requirements are expressed in the product specifications and in some cases in associated processes and can be contained, for instance, in the technical specifications, in the product standards, in contractual agreements and in regulatory requirements.

ISO 13006 certification evidences fulfillment of the requirements of international standard NBR 13818/1997. The certifying company Centro Cerâmico do Brasil assesses the company’s products on a semi-annual basis at a laboratory licensed by INMETRO.
